February, 2012:
I’ve tweaked my workout plan a bit.
-Treadmill: 45 minutes (I walk for 30 minutes, take a two minute break, then walk for another 15 minutes. Right now, my highest speed is 1.7/mph. My goal is to get up to 2.0 before the month is through.)
-I use Leslie Sansone DVDs (her 1-mIle workouts) in my office. I take two breaks throughout the day and do one of her 15-minute workouts.
-Honestly, I haven’t gotten back into strength training because my focus has been on establishing the daily habit of doing cardio. My goal is to do cardio 21 days straight and then add strength training.
January, 2012:
-Two 30-minute workouts every day
-Strength training 3 times a week
-For my strength training workouts I’m using the Power 90 Sculpt 1-2 DVD
-Some cardio will be on the treadmill, some will be done using a Leslie Sansone workout DVD
Sunday: Treadmill/Treadmill
Monday: Treadmill/Sculpt 1-2
Tuesday: DVD/Treadmill
Wednesday: Treadmill/Sculpt 1-2
Thursday: Treadmill/Treadmill
Friday: Treadmill/Sculpt 1-2
Saturday: DVD/Treadmill
