		<description>Hi Wendy! I watched both of your videos and on the earlier one I LOVE! the fact that you are focusing on taking action. That is a big step! It is easy to get stuck thinking about what is upsetting you but many times we can not change it. We can change what we do about it. I also like the fact that you are working out so hard! I remember finding the appreciation for what my body could do when I had my first son and had a C-section. I never knew pain like that before. When you can&#039;t use your stomach muscles you begin to value them. I also like the fact that you are trying to stick with something to see results. When you start to see the results and prove to your self you can do this then it gets a little easier. You are doing a great job! I am so proud of you!</description>
